I have to post a pretty lengthy entry about my brief trip to T&T. I feel like I made some of the best pictures of my career thus far while I was down there. I spent a good bit of time at Port Lisas. This guy puts shoes on the shipping containers before they are loaded onto a ship.

This guy worked at a different dock.

Unloading grain...

Tying up a big ship.

These guys get to work in really cool outfits.

They finished up shortly after I got there.

Naturally, there were loads of shipping containers at the port.

There are so many amazing pictures to be made here. I can hardly wait to return!

I went to the top of this crane. It's like 10-12 stories high.

I made this picture while I was up there.

This was on a ship.

Office.

The people of Trinidad and Tobago are simply wonderful. We stopped several people on a market street and made their picture. This guy is a security guard.

There's a large park in Port of Spain called the Savannah. There were kids practicing relays and guys practicing rugby.

Rugby players.

They did a lot of push ups.

They were working really hard at this.

Trinidadians are very cool looking people.

This is my driver, Rodger.

He plays in a steel orchestra. We stopped by where they practice to eat our lunch.

The space can be rented out for events, like dances.

He taught me how to play a bit. I'm not very good yet.

We then went to the beach and ate bake and shark. That's a sandwich of fried shark.

She serves a fine bake and shark.

There are assorted condiments you can put on your bake and shark. I put tamarind sauce and pepper sauce. The local beers are Stag and Carib. Stag is "the man's beer." My driver and I had Stags with our bake and shark.
